I’m excited to visit the University of Oklahoma on November 1 for a presentation titled “Muslims in the Iraq War: A Cinematic Perspective.” I’ll be discussing my recent article, “Hollywood Muslims in Iraq,” and placing it within a broader context of representation of Muslim in American cinema.
