I’m very excited to be joining the team over at Marginalia Review of Books, which is the Los Angeles Review of Books channel dedicated to the study of religion. I will be Assistant Director of MRB Radio and hosting a new podcast called Directions in the Study of Religion. I will be speaking with people about new directions, including exciting scholarship, workshops, collaborative projects, conferences, journals, book series, and other initiatives. I hope these conversations will reveal how people are shaping the types of questions we ask and pay attention to in Religious Studies and perspectives on where our field should be headed.
